A 43-year-old women desired abdominal body contouring and breast operations, bilateral mastectomy operations, reposition of the nipples, and immediate placement up the implants in front of the chest wall muscle below the breast tissue. The plastic surgery procedure resulted in a full well-positioned breast, a standard abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication and removal of the lower abdominal fat and skin. The reposition of the umbilicus, belly button, completed this makeover.
